Ingredients
2 frozen chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
3 carrots, trimmed and chopped
4 potatoes, diced
1 onion, peeled and diced
4 cups chicken stock
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions
Simply throw all the above ingredients in your Instant Pot®.
Turn the “Manual” setting on your Instant Pot®; set the timer for 35 minutes. Serve right away!
